How to Prevent Cellulite

Hey Beauties,

Don't you just hate the feeling and look of cellulite on your thighs, stomach and backside? For lovely girls who don't know what is cellulite. It's a collection of fats that resembles cottage cheese. Here are some tips and tricks to prevent it:
1. Exercise!!!! It reduces the appearance of cellulite by doing aerobics and strength training.

2. Drink water to detox vital organs.

3. Use a self tanning lotion if you have medium or dark skin

4. Cut out caffeine and trans fats. Replace with simple food such as fresh fruit and steamed vegetables.

5. Use skincare products that contain ingredients  such as caffeine which lifts the skin.
